Welcome to OUR Science

I’m honored to serve as the Science Specialist for the Ozarks Unlimited Resources Educational Cooperative. In this role, I partner with educators and leaders across our 16 member districts to strengthen science teaching and learning. My work includes:

• Coaching teachers and administrators

• Acting as a thought partner for instructional planning

• Connecting schools with high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) and vetted vendors

• Modeling engaging, inquiry-based lessons in classrooms

• Supporting data literacy and the use of evidence to guide instruction

• Helping educators find and use powerful resources that make science meaningful for students

With 15 years of experience in education and a background that includes a B.S. and M.S. in Biology, an Ed.S., and an Ed.D., I bring both a deep love for science and a belief in the transformative power of education. My passion lies in inquiry learning; encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on exploration.

I believe that every student and every educator can grow with the right support, tools, and mindset. A positive, collaborative culture is the foundation for success, and together we can create learning environments where all students thrive.
