Before arriving for a fingerprinting appointment, the following paperwork must be completed:

1. An online background check consent form must be filled out. The form can be accessed at this link: https://adeaels.arkansas.gov/AelsWeb/Consent/Consent1.aspx

2. The background check fee must be paid by either yourself or your school district before you arrive at our location. You will need to bring a copy of the receipt either paper or digital (as long as the Transaction ID# is legible). The background check fee can be paid for at this link: www.ar.gov/adebackground
