Fingerprinting

Before arriving for a fingerprinting appointment, the following paperwork must be completed:

  1. An online background check consent form must be filled out. The form can be accessed at this link: https://adeaels.arkansas.gov/AelsWeb/Consent/Consent1.aspx

  2. The background check fee must be paid by either yourself or your school district before you arrive at our location. You will need to bring a copy of the receipt either paper or digital (as long as the Transaction ID# is legible). The background check fee can be paid for at this link: www.ar.gov/adebackground

Reschedule your appointment if you answer 'yes' to any of the following questions:

  • Have had a fever of 100.4°F or above in the past 14 days.

  • Have experienced any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, respiratory infection, sore throat, loss of sense of taste or smell.

  • Have had contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

  • Have had a member of your household tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days.

  • Have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results.
