HIPPY Home Visitor

Home Visitor for the Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters, H.I.P.P.Y., to serve families in the Berryville School District, and Marion and Baxter County areas. H.I.P.P.Y. is a kindergarten readiness program delivered to families in the home. Professional Development is provided.

Job Requirements

  • A CDA is preferred, but not necessary.

  • Time management, organization, and computer skills are required.

  • No experience required

  • High School/Trade School degree preferred

  • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required

Behavior Coach, Berryville AWARE Site

The OUR ESC is looking to hire an AWARE behavior coach to be located and service the Berryville School District. The primary responsibility of the Behavior Coach is to support behavior management at the school and classroom levels.  This position will guide teachers in implementing the recommended behavior interventions.  The Behavior Coach will act as a member of the Behavior Coaching Group led by the School Psychologist.  Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field is required. Master’s degree in social work, school counseling, teacher leadership or special education preferred.

LEA Project Manager, Berryville AWARE Site

The OUR ESC is looking to hire an AWARE Site Project Manager to be located and service the Berryville School District. The primary responsibility of the LEA Project Manager is to act as a liaison and key team member for working with state and local partners for the purpose of: leading district change efforts as they relate to the goals and objectives of the project around behavior and school mental health; creating motivation for collaboration and teambuilding; and facilitating the implementation and monitoring of project systems. Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
