Classified Positions
Applicants for Classified positions are required to send in:

Custodian Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition

• Perform routine maintenance as assigned

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors

• Responsible for removal of trash

• Dust and polish furniture, dust/clean blinds

• Wash windows and sills

• Scrub and sanitize restrooms

• Keep restrooms stocked with supplies

• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies

• Perform ongoing tasks such as changing light bulbs, air filters, etc.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects at times

• Assist with setting up facilities for meetings

• Move office furniture as needed

• Perform light work on a ladder

• Ensure that all doors are appropriately locked

• Notify Director or Administration regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems

• Perform other duties as assigned
